Her mind was inundated with worries, griefs, pains and anxieties for a very long time. A day came, when she decided to get rid of pains and sorrows permanently from her life. She felt so disappointed, but she was a bit elated by the consciousness that, at least she was not the only one being caught up in the webs of pains and sorrows. The challenges of life are myriad, and they’re not peculiar to you alone. There’s no problem in life that is new under the sun. What you think you’re passing through today, someone else has gone through it. You definitely need to rise up to this consciousness and give thanks to God for the problems you do not have, rather than concentrate on the ones you have. Sometimes, you need to go out there and see what others are suffering, for you to be able to appreciate yourself. Don’t concentrate on your challenges, rather, remain calm and confront them. Concentrating on it, makes it look so insurmountable. Just believe that one day, you’ll overcome, and see the end of that problem. No problem lasts forever , it comes within a pace of time and vanishes with time. Stop complaining, complaining never solves any problem. Rather than use that time for complaining about your problems and challenges, use it to strategize and think of the best solution to the problem. Where you can’t get the problem solved, let it be! It will definitely wane with time. Every problem and challenge in life, has an expiry date. Hence there’s no need for worry and anxiety, just believe that you’ll overcome them one day.

So many things we seem not to comprehend actually confronts us in life. When you begin to concentrate on that problem and get involved in self pity, then you’re unknowingly aggravating it. But when you decide to ignore it and never concentrate on it, it wanes. In this life, no body can make you feel ‘bitter’ or better’ but you alone. It is how you react to the problem that matters. When people try to hurt or humiliate you, and you endeavor never to allow it inundate  your thoughts or you ignore them and just let it go, you don’t feel hurt. But when you begin to concentrate on it, and you’re always thinking about it, then you become defeated and your whole body feels weakened.
