SHOULD YOU DROP-OUT OF SCHOOL TO BECOME A BILLIONAIRE?

This question often springs up in my mind, and I’ve been pondering over it for a very long time now. The relationship between being a billionaire and being a college or university graduate. What link has becoming a billionaire with a college or university degree? Is there really a link, relationship or connection between them? When i took a critical introspective study of many of our contemporary world billionaires, i discovered that most of them dropped-out of school or never completed their college or university education. For instance, Bill Gate, the American billionaire and founder of Microsoft, Mark Zukerberg was only a sophomore student when he founded Facebook, which has now become the cream of the crop, Carlos Slim, the Mexican billionaire, Warren Buffet, Aliko Dangote, the richest black man in Africa by Forbes, and so many others which i can’t vividly remember now, but hope you’d help add to the list, and where i’m wrong, i stand to be corrected as no one has the monopoly of knowledge. Now i ask, do you really need a college or university degree in order to become a billionaire? Should you become a drop-out to become a billionaire? Or are you just wasting your time trying to get a degree? Instead of going out there and start making the billions. These are down-to -earth questions you should start asking yourself. Because those who asks “why” and are ready to bring up solutions are always on top. I’ve taken a very long and elaborate critical study of this, and came up with the conclusion that becoming a billionaire has got nothing to do with a college or university degree. Infact there’s absolutely no link or connection between both. However, i’m not trying to discourage getting a degree from a college or university education, it is absolutely commendable if you can do that. All i’m saying is that, it has got nothing to do with becoming a billionaire, and it isn’t a panacea to becoming a billionaire. Becoming a billionaires is purely “entrepreneurship” and it is according to your mindset. The whole truth about becoming a billionaire depends on your “passion” and “determination” to become an entrepreneur. Without the ultimate passion and determination to become an entrepreneur and add value to life, you can’t become a billionaire. When i look the world billionaires, i see their passion, determination and doggedness in entrepreneurship and the desire to add value to life. They never allowed college or university failure to deter them from their dreams and passion of making real impacts in the world. The ability to become a billionaire is in everyone, but only few people know this. A lot of people allows circumstances, challenges, failures, backgrounds, unfavorable situations to rob them of this potential, and consequently kill their passion of making positive impacts in the world. Becoming a billionaire depends entirely on your mindset and passion of adding value to life, its nothing more than that. It is a resolve you must make yourself, no college or university will teach you how to become billionaire, but the ability resides in you, and you’re potentially capable of doing it. If only you can be passionate about adding value to life, and develop a strong determination of becoming an entrepreneur. You don’t need to be a drop-out or graduate to become a billionaire, it is about building your passion, zeal and determination to become an entrepreneur in order to create real impact in people lives. Entrepreneurs rule the world, as long as the economy is concerned, they’re leaders, they make positive impacts in peoples lives through creating jobs, they add value to the life, they assist the government to grow the economy and determines their cash flows. Their paramount aim is to generate more income in order to affect more lives positively. The world needs more entrepreneurs to solve the current global economic challenges confronting it. You don’t need all the degrees to become an entrepreneur, and subsequently a billionaire. All you need is the passion and strong determination to touch lives through entrepreneurship. Never think you’re incapacitated, or you can’t do it, because you’ve got the ability, and all it takes to make it happen. Its definitely a matter of time, but you’ve got to start small. Remember, “You don’t have to be great to start but you have to start to be great.” ~ Zig Ziglar.

HOW TO SUCCEED AS A PROJECT TEAM LEADER/MANAGER AND DELIVER WITH TIME.

A project is a temporary endeavour undertaken to create or produce a unique product, service or deliverbles. This invariably means that projects usually have a definite beginning and ending. However, there are factors that always impedes successful completion of a project, which the project team leader or manager must take cognizance of, before embarking on the project. Successful completion of any project requires effective planning. When a project is planned very well, it will be easily and efficiently executed. Hence, the project team leader must as a matter of fact work out the project plan before the execution phase. The project leader or manager must select his or her team members with considerations to relevant skills, dedication and hardwork, and must assign roles to the team members with respect to their areas of specialization in order to effectively execute the project. During this execution phase, the project manager has to intelligently breakdown the project into smaller manageable units, the large project should be broken down and carried out in phases or batches, which is called “Work Breakdown Structure” (WBS). This will help the project manager, to effectively and efficiently manage and complete each phase before starting a new phase. 8 CLEAR SIGNS THAT YOU’RE IN A WRONG RELATIONSHIP!

There are some signs and symptoms of a healthy or an unhealthy relationship. No relationship that has existed for sometime ends abruptly, without some warning signs. But the truth is that, we oftentimes give a blind eyes to those signs, and we pretend about them, and believe all is well, or all will be well. Even when these signs are obvious and glaring, and always stare us on our faces, we still pretend not to notice them, or cover them up because of love. But no matter how long you try to cover them up because of love, one day, the love will definitely be weakened by those negative signs, and when the centre can no longer hold, the relationship collapses. However, the earlier you take cognizance of these signs, and act to either straighten up things if you can, or quit the relationship if you cannot, the better for you. Here are 8 signs that you’re in the wrong relationship. 1. LACK OF TRUST: Trust is an essential ingredient in any relationship. Any relationship devoid of trust is bound to fail. Trust is the bedrock, backbone and foundation of any relationship, the love may bring both of you together, and its always obvious, but trust is essential to help the relationship continue and lasts for a very long time. Therefore, if you’re in a relationship where there’s no trust between both of you, you’re always suspicious of each other or every move made by either of you, or probably, the trust is one- directional. For instance, the man trusts the woman, but the woman does not trust the man in return, or the woman trusts the man, but the man does not trust the woman. That relationship will definitely fail no matter how long it lasts, except you choose to endure it. So if your partner does not trust you, he or she always suspects you, despite the fact that you always try as much as possible to be honest with him or her, then its a sign that you’re in a wrong relationship that will never end well. 2. UNHAPPINESS: unhappiness is one major cause of many broken relationships. If you’re in a relationship where you’re perpetually unhappy, no day passes without one form of quarrel or the other, or the number of times you’re unhappy far surpasses the number of times you’re happy, even when the relationship has existed for many years that both of you are expected to understand each other perfectly well and minimize the the number of misunderstanding, yet every little thing triggers a quarrel, which leads to unhappiness. Then, its a sign that you’re in a wrong relationship that will not last. Because nobody wants to be in a relationship where he or she is perpetually unhappy. The earlier you realize this, the better for you. 3. SELF-INTEREST OR SELF-SEEKING: Any relationship where any of the partner is always concerned about him or herself, or is always interested in his or her own good and benefit, without considering the other partner, and the success of the relationship, that’s the worst kind of relationship you shouldn’t be in. Relationship is for mutual benefits, not preferring yourself above the other or the success of the relationship. If you notice this, then its a sign that you’re in the wrong relationship. 4. NOT BEING PROUD OF YOU: If you’re in a relationship where your partner is not proud of you, he or she is not proud of going out with you on a quality date that will endear both of you to each other, not proud of presenting you to his or her friends and families. Then you’re in a wrong relationship that will fail very soon. Because your partner is supposed to be proud of you in public, despite your look or status. 5. LACK OF PROGRESS: Nobody wants to be in a relationship where everything becomes static, no progress, even after many years of being there, you work hard, put all your best to make sure everything works well, yet no progress. Then, you’ve got to watch it, because it might be a warning sign that you’re not meant to be there. Every true relationship is expected to make progress, and move from one level to another. 6. REVENGEFUL: If you’re in a relationship where your partner never forgives and forgets any wrong you did in time past, he or she always brings it up and reminds you of it, or always wants to take a revenge on every wrong you did, then its a sign that your partner lacks forgiveness. Forgiveness is very important in any relationship, because it pacifies every misunderstanding. 7. LACK OF COMMITMENT: Your level of commitment to your relationship determines the depth of love you have for your partner. Love can’t be measured, the only way you can measure the depth of love your partner has for you, is to measure his or her level of commitment to you and the relationship. So if you’re in a relationship where your partner isn’t committed to you, he or she always gives flimsy excuses for not being with you, then, you may not be in the right relationship. 8. LACK OF RESPECT FOR FAMILY MEMBERS: Any relationship where there’s no regards for each others family members, is a negative sign al.

How To Break-Free From Bad Thoughts, Feelings And Beliefs!

Do you know that a great number of people, both men and women, pick up and develop bad behaviors, thoughts, beliefs, and feelings? In this particular context, i’m referring to behaviors and beliefs that involves social interactions, especially with women and our self-esteem. Most of these beliefs and behaviors are unconsciously learned by us and they eventually impede our goals of success. We oftentimes inundate our minds with beliefs like: i’m too old for him or her, i’m too ugly, i’m too fat, and no man or woman would want me. I get too nervous to talk to women, i’m afraid of rejection, whenever i talk to women, i always say dumb things, i don’t know how to talk to women, i’m shy, i’m not up to his or her standard, the list goes on. But all of the above are beliefs and thoughts that often hinders us from getting what we want. In order to achieve success, we must change how we think, to a more positive direction. But how on earth can we do that? Because it is very easy to say change! But to actually change is far more difficult. But it can be done. First, you’ve got to UNLEARN what you’ve learned before. But how do you unlearn a behaviour? Aren’t those things ingrained in your being? The answer to that is capital NO!! Behaviours are just learned responses to certain stimuli. If you’re afraid of meeting any beautiful woman, it is because sometime, in your life, you learned to associate fear with talking to a beautiful woman. One way you change this, is by adopting “reciprocal behaviours”. Reciprocal behaviours are reactions that competes with each other. If a reciprocal reaction can be evoked in a situation that usually elicits a different response, then the old reaction will be weakened. Learning occurs as the new response grows stronger and the old response grows weaker. For instance, relaxation is the reciprocal to anxiety, assertiveness is the reciprocal to shyness, and positive thoughts is the opposite to negative thoughts. Those reciprocal or opposite reactions you developed will begin to weaken the less desirable reactions, only if they can be practiced consistently and evoked under conditions that would normally elicit the old reactions. In otherwords, if you really want to change, you have to go out, into the field and apply the behaviours that you want to instill inside you. To do this, you must consistently engage in situations where the old feelings and thoughts usually spring up. Change is a step process, you must first figure out what situation evokes negative behaviours or thoughts, then expose yourself to varying degrees of that situation until you feel completely comfortable with it. The systematic practice of this sensitization technique is critical to your success. The sink or swim methods like, “throwing you into the flames” that most people abide by, can be less successful and much more stressful. Moreover, sink or swim methods may make the symptoms worse by reinforcing your negative beliefs. However, real-life hierarchies can be inconvenient to arrange, and difficult to control. Fortunately, it is not always necessary for you to confront real situations in order to change your behaviours in these situations. If you have a vivid imagination and responds to images of a situation in the same way you respond to the situation itself, then, it is possible for you to re-educate yourself at home and in the office. It is still important that, you don’t imagine situations that are too intense. As doing so, would risk eliciting and reinforcing the old reactions, instead of practicing the new ones. Though, it can be a very long and hard task to undertake, but if you can do it, it is absolutely rewarding.

SOURCES OF CONFLICTS AT THE WORKPLACE AND HOW TO MANAGE IT!

Conflicts are certainly inevitable as we relate among ourselves. There are various sources of conflicts, irrespective of the source, conflicts are always caused by human beings, knowingly or unknowingly. Conflicts always originates from somewhere, it has a root cause, it is not abrupt, but starts gradually from the heart, which is internal conflict, and if uncontrolled, it may lead to external conflict, which is very disastrous. Conflicts among individuals, ethnic groups, religious groups, peer groups and the likes, may be due to: Prolonged anger, hatred, envy, tribal differences, religious beliefs, poor communication, pursuit for superiority, and different ideologies and opinions. Workplace conflicts may be due to: Lack of communication between management and staffs, between employers and employees, between a leader and his or her followers or between a boss and his subordinates. It can also be as a result of, different ideologies and opinions, poor information dissemination, poor leadership in an organization, insufficient funds, unpaid allowances, lack of benefits, incentives or rewards, improper handling of issues, favoritism, stress and intimidations. All these are major sources of conflicts at the workplace. Whenever there’s conflicts anywhere, it always results in breakdown of law and order, and may also lead to loss of lives if not controlled and managed earlier, or allowed to deteriorate. It will also hamper the productivity of such organization, and may also result in shutdown of that organization. However, conflicts can be managed and controlled through conflict resolution. The first and best option for conflict management and control is, “Avoidance” Conflicts should as much as possible be avoided, because its consequences can be very damaging. This can be done by respecting each others feelings and opinions, and the management of any organization should try to know the state of their workers or how they feel about their job. Infact, a suggestion, complaint, or feedback box should be provided in every organization. If we can adopt an attitude of, doing to others as you want them to do unto you, i believe we’ll have less conflict at the workplace. The second option is, “Dialogue”. The two aggrieved party may be called to a round table for dialogue, in order to resolve the issues or deal with the causes of the conflicts. This dialogue has to be brokered by the management on noticing any agitation before it develops into a full scale conflicts. A third neutral party could also be invited to mediate between the two opposing parties, where an attempt to resolve it among themselves has become futile. The last approach is, “Accommodate”. The two conflicting parties must learn to accommodate each other, and respects each others views and opinions, avoid the use of force, or a leader to servant approach, in order to achieve the desired result. Conflicts can be avoided, if only we can as human beings respect each other! Conflict

THE CALL TO LEADERSHIP!

The call to leadership is a great call. It is a sacred call to serve humanity, and must be respected or held in high esteem. “when duty calls only the mighty answers”. It is a mighty call, that needs only men and women of character, purpose and passion to serve humanity and add value to life. Even God respects leaders, because he holds them responsible for all actions of their followers. In the holy book, he appoints leaders to lead his people, not base on academic qualifications, religious affiliations, physical appearance, human ideology, sentiments, background or how wealthy you are. But he appoints leaders, base on character of purpose and good qualities. A leader therefore, must live above board. His or her character must be exemplary in nature, and does not negate the leadership position he or she occupies. He or she must be quintessential, and a model in all intents and actions. A positive influencer, whose character remains consistent with his or her position as leader, and exercises a positive influence, not dominance over his or his followers. A leader is a light. He brings light wherever there’s darkness, through his or her transcending qualities and character. He or she leads, shows the way for others to follow, determines the right path and leads the followers to their final destination. A leader’s watchword must be “honesty”. Honesty is a very strong value of any successful leader, without honesty, you can’t go too far in your leadership position as a leader. A leader must be courageous. Courage isn’t the absence of fears, but the ability to stand firm in the midst of challenges. Ability to make good decisions, and be flexible and ready to adjust or reverse decisions when it becomes necessary to do so. A good leader must have a listening ear, and be ready to welcome ideas and suggestions, not a monopoly of knowledge or ideas. But must not be in a haste to accept all counsels, ideas or suggestions, rather, must be prudent in sifting every ideas before accepting them. Discretion should guide a good leader, not sentiments, self-interest or affiliations. The paramount aim of any successful leader, must be to add value to the lives of his followers, impact positively on their lives, and help them to actualize their dreams and aspiration. However, to be a good leader, you must first be a good follower. One major problem we have in this our contemporary time, is that, we have so many leaders, but not enough good leaders. We have so many who wants to be leaders, but they’re not good followers. We are too quick in criticizing and condemning those in leadership positions, rather than show support, advice and encourage them to do better. There’s absolutely no perfect leader, or a leader that knows it all. But working together, showing support, mutual engagements, and understanding between leaders and followers will eventually bring the needed benefits and development. I’ve discovered that most people with great leadership qualities and characters, that can make an effective and efficient leaders do not ascend leadership positions, but prefers behind the scene, this people are especially among the introverts. They don’t like coming to the limelight or be seen as an arrowhead, unless they’re being pushed to, but if given the opportunity, they make great leaders. Both leaders and followers ought to know that “uneasy lies the head that wears the cap”.

The Call To Be A Leader.

MANAGING AND CONTROLLING STRESS AT THE WORKPLACE.

Stress is a feeling of anxiety, fatigue, tiredness, dizziness, unhappiness and discouragement. Every human being must at one point or the other experience this feelings, which tends to slow our activities, and if uncontrolled, may lead to a lower productivity, especially at the workplace. In general, there are various causes of stress. It can be caused by the individual, for instance, through much strenuous thinking, discouragement, anger, worry, not being able to meet up expectations, unachieved goals, unable to undertake responsibilities, especially in the home, and so many other reasons. It can also be humanly induced, particularly at the workplace. A nagging boss, trying to meet up deadlines, rush hours, work overload, lack of communication between employers and employees, between leaders and followers, or between a superior and his or her subordinates, lack of incentives, intimidations, improper organizational administration. All these are major causes of human induced stress at the workplace. Consequently, when this happens, it tends to hamper the organization’s productivity, which certainly results to a lower productivity. However, stress, whether it is caused by the individual or it is humanly induced, is definitely not good for your health, because it might result in a breakdown of health or possibly sickness. Stress can be managed and controlled, but cannot be totally eliminated. To manage self-induced stress, you need to stop thinking about that problem, take the time out to relax yourself, or have at least 30 minutes of sleep. Better still, you can decide to go out for recreation and exercise, visit encouraging friends and engage yourself in any meaningful activity. Human induced stress at the workplace can be prevented by adopting the “do it now” approach. The stress most employees face at the workplace, is usually caused by not being able to deliver when required, they wait until the rush hours before they start doing what they’re expected to do. As a result of this procrastination, the work accumulates, which results in work overload. Always do the right things at the right time, to avoid working out your self. To manage workplace stress, always take off sometime to relax yourself, especially during break, before continuing the job. You might as well decide to be left alone at that moment, in order to allow the brain to regain normalcy, before going ahead with the job. Those under stress usually exhibits some signs as: Aggressiveness, irrational thinking, abnormal behaviours, loneliness, agitations, worry and anxiety, and may be conflicts. When you see someone exhibiting these signs, don’t get irritated, just understand, or encourage them. How-to-Deal-With-Stress-at-Work

For Women: Do You Know Pawpaw Can Permanently Cure Fibriod?

I’m not a health practitioner, nor a herbal products researcher, am a blogger, and one key role of a good blogger is to get helpful and useful informations, then relay them to the public which might be useful or helpful to those who needs them. This is one of such informations which i deem necessary to share with you. Fibriod is a major problem confronting a lot of women, and makes them unable to conceive and reproduce. Fibriod is an abnormal growth always found in the wombs of women, it takes the position of the foetus in the womb, thereby making it extremely difficult for a woman to conceive and have the foetus implanted in her womb. It develops gradually, in its early stage, it is very small, but if not taken care of, or operated on at that stage, it grows and becomes very big, which is very damaging to the womb. However, it is interesting to know that many fruits we often ignore actually has some therapeutic effect. And one example of such fruits is the “pawpaw” fruit, botanically known as “carica papaya”. This information has been proven and confirmed, and i want to urge any woman with a fibriod growth to give it a try. Take two unripe pawpaw, wash them thoroughly, then, cut them open. Remove the seeds inside, don’t debark or peel the outer green layer. Grind the pawpaw into an already washed pot, add two cups of filtered, clean dry crayfish to it, then allow to boil for five minutes. Do not add any water to it. After five minutes, remove it from fire and allow it to cool. Preserve it in a refrigerator or any cool place. Take four tablespoon morning and evening daily, for twenty-one days. If the one you’ve already prepared is exhausted, follow the same procedure to prepare another one, until you’ve taken it for twenty-one days. After this period, go to any hospital and examine yourself, to see the difference. Don’t ignore it, it has worked for some one, and i believe it will definitely work for you.

Negative Forces That Hinders Succes.

When a pilot enters a plane, there are four key things he must check before taking off. These are: The “lift”, “thrust”, “weight”, and “drag”. And all these four components works based on the principle of “force”. In life, there are forces that aids you to success and actualize your dreams, and there those that pulls you down or becomes an impediment on your way to success. This principle is also applicable to our relationship as human beings. There’s a school of thought that says, “your success in five years time, will depend on two things, the books you read and the people you meet”. Those four components of the aircraft, can also be linked to the categories of friends we have. There are friends who belongs to the “LIFT” category. These are friends who encourages and lifts us up when we are downcasted. They support our dreams, and can do anything to help us actualize it, even when we have failed and feel discouraged, they motivate us, they give us hope that rekindles our passion, and always stands by us. The second category, “THRUST” are also similar to the first, while the first category takes it very slowly, passionately appealing and encouraging us not to give up, these categories are daring, they try to break every barrier that tends to impede our journey to the acme of success. These categories can do whatever it takes to fire us to the zenith of success in life. They do not take no for an answer, and they’re very determined to help you actualize your dreams. The “WEIGHT” are those categories of people who tends to weigh us down. They make you believe you can’t make it or achieve your dream. They try to suppress every of your plans, and pulls you down to the level of failure. They are negative forces that needs to be overcomed in order to make it to the top. The last category is the “DRAG”. These categories drags you backwards unknowingly. You want to move forward, but they’re always there to drag you backwards. They’re also negative forces you should overcome, in order to move forward in life. The question now is, who are the people in your life right now? Are they positive forces that aids you to succeed or negative forces that hinders you??

It is undoubtedly obvious that leadership problem has been the bane behind the underdevelopment of many countries, and it is also responsible for the poor management of many organizations, industries, companies, groups or societies. Although, the fact that leadership has its own onus and challenges cannot be ruled out, however, a great leader will definitely surmount all those challenges and make a difference.
